We are qualified to Solicitor Advocate status to provide to you the best possible representation and expert advice throughout the legal process. Ms Anderson regularly appears in all courts throughout Scotland. Location is not an issue, and we can take instructions to raise court proceedings for you at any court in Scotland or defend court proceedings raised against you in any court in Scotland. We offer the ability to take instruction remotely by way of video technology and are also open to arranging appointments outwith office hours as and when required.

Lesley Anderson Law was established in January 2019. We operate from bespoke offices within Falkirk Town Centre and appear in courts throughout Scotland.
Ms Anderson is accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of Scotland in Family Law and separately in Child Law and has a wealth of experience in all matters relating to the children and family law including complex division of matrimonial property, child residence and relocation issues and also financial provision and complex Pre-Nuptial, Cohabitation and Separation Agreements.
We aim to provide our clients with the ability to make an informed choice, and therefore offer a free initial consultation to prospective clients across Scotland. We guarantee that you would never be charged for your initial consultation. We wish to be in a position to provide our clients with the best advice and representation possible, and therefore allow the client to make an informed choice as to the best way to proceed with their case to obtain the best possible outcome.
