Wills & Power of Attorney

It is always prudent to have a Will put in place to state your testamentary intention. This will benefit your loved ones in the event of your death. We are able to provide a fixed fee estimate for a Will tailored to your particular needs and instructions.

A Power of Attorney can be used for a number of purposes. You may instruct us to formulate a Power of Attorney simply to sign documents for you when you are abroad for example.

A Power of Attorney is generally used to provide authorisation to other persons to make decision on your behalf when you are no longer able to do so. It is prudent to have a Power of Attorney in place and to consider the framing of a Power of Attorney before the person no longer has capacity. This is relevant when someone becomes of an age or has a medical condition which effects their capacity. If a person is without capacity a guardianship order requires to be obtained through the court and are happy to assist also with a guardianship order. We can provide a block fee estimate to frame and obtain the relevant Power of Attorney.
